A destination within a destination, you’ll find several grand hotels, including Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and Jumeirah Al Naseem, alongside a cluster of traditional summerhouses at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf and seven grand homes at Jumeirah Malakiya Villas.

There is an entire river system five kilometres in length complete with its own fleet of traditional abra boats. You can take a tour around the whole property on one of these in-house abras and stop by Souk Madinat Jumeirah along the way.

Relaxation and restaurants at Madinat Jumeirah

There are more than 50 different restaurants, nightspots and lounges at your disposal across its 40 hectares – take your pick from restaurants including Taverna Greek Kitchen, SushiYaki, Trader Vic's or Maria Bonita. Whatever your taste, there is something on site to satisfy your culinary cravings.

Guests have access to two kilometres of private beach to laze away the day under the sun if they so choose, with food and drinks on offer along with watersports equipment to use at leisure.

Inspired by an Arabian Citadel, guests at one of the on-site hotels have access to a variety of spa treatment facilities and gyms with Talise Spa and Talise Fitness, offering views over the property and also over the Gulf itself.
